What you will be doing,

Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
Gathering data to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
Assisting with the drafting of reports to ensure they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
Assist in the management of client relationships

The ideal candidate will:

Must have a genuine interest in financial services and preferably private clients
Have an academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
Graduate from a Russell Group university.
Have strong business and commercial awareness
Have a strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions
Are a strong problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
Are a great communicator
Be proactive and eager to learn
