The founder has been a professional hairdresser for over 25 years. He created this business to support a community in need after his wife who after a life-threatening illness had lost her hair. As it grew back she wanted to treat it as gently as possible to minimize breakage. With this is mind this brand orchestrated combining years of hands on experience with the latest materials and technology available to develop a brush that would reinvent the way their clients would treat their hair. Based in Thames Ditton, Surrey, our client, an exciting start-up with over 33 awards, is a small team of passionate industry experts looking for a driven Office Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:
Our client is searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join them as an Office Administrator. In this role, your responsibilities include supporting various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and engaging in all aspects of the business to help support the company’s vision.

About You:
Our client needs a graduate with initiative who is flexible with tasks that can support sales, marketing, logistics and new product development. You will be joining an exciting start-up with over 33 awards who are growing quickly with new products being launched. If you have a passion for hair and beauty it would be a bonus!
Other great attributes are:

Degree in the relevant field.
Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
An interest in business, marketing and sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
