Our client is a leading shopping destination for luxury menswear. It known for quintessentially traditional and contemporary ready-to-wear, bespoke tailoring, formalwear hire and luxury accessories. Born in Chelsea and defined by traditional British style. Thay are looking for someone to join their team as they continue to grow. In summer 2017 the store was expanded to double the size, introducing a dedicated bespoke and formalwear department. In 2021 they opened our second store in Jermyn Street.

Overview
The focus of the role is to look after their Ready to Wear Production, ensuring orders for raw material and finished garments are placed on time. The role will suit a person with experience in garment production, who has great attention to detail, good IT skills and a passion for Menswear.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Buying/Merchandising

Following the Critical Path set by Buying Manger on production timelines to ensure stock levels are always to requirement.
Managing suppliers and assisting in the maintenance and organisation of product data.
Liaising with suppliers to source raw material and trims.
Communicating any production issues/delays with the wider business.
Analysing sales and stock to plan production orders.
Raising and keeping track of all purchase orders.
Accepting, quality checking and cross-referencing deliveries of product in collaboration with Buying Manager.
Maintaining a delivery tracker, monitoring delivery dates and reporting to the Buying Manager on any issues/delays.

Inventory

Working in collaboration with the Operations/Warehouse team to ensure product is delivered to store on time.

Ecommerce/Marketing

Ensure the website has the full collection live and all information and prices are correct.

The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Administrative experience within a buying team.
Experience in the production of garments.
Competent IT skills, particularly excel.
Ability to navigate new systems.
A strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Good teamwork and a willingness to help others is essential
