An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a General Builder company based in North west London

The key responsibilities of the Administrator include:

Full departmental administration
Processing and filing invoices for approval
Updating and storing of compliance documents
Maintaining systems
Chasing arrears
Liaising between Contractors and Managers as required

The key skills and attributes for the position of Administration Assistant include:

Experience in an administrative role.
Impeccable written & spoken English.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong planning and organising skills to support more than one Manager.
Good communication skills to build and maintain strong relations with Clients.
Good numeracy skills are of paramount importance

This is an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our firm in Northwest London and to grow within the firm.
