We have an amazing opportunity to work within a design and innovation office based in Turin, Italy, with branches in New York City and London. Our client is looking for a Chief of Staff to support with multiple projects as they have experienced a strong period of growth. You will support the executive team in streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives.

Job Description:
As Chief of Staff, you will bridge key management teams across varies functions. Your role centers around streamlining decisions, overseeing critical projects, and ensuring smooth operations. You'll act as the primary liaison for the executive team with clients, conferences, and the management team. You will do so with the help of a small team (the Cabinet). Your role should help make time, information, and decision processes more effective.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

Drive initiatives in line with the strategic goals of the business and related ventures.
Lead key growth projects for the businesses.

Agenda and Executive Support:

Allocate 25% of your time managing the executive agenda, aligning it with strategic targets.
Represent the executive team in essential meetings and forums.

Operational Management:

Refine operational processes by attending relevant meetings.
Oversee the cabinet team of 3, handling the founder’s travel, finances, and engagements.
Manage the annual budget and monitor financial tasks.

Communication & Collaboration:

Articulate the founder’s vision to project teams, promoting innovation and teamwork.
Encourage collaboration across the founder’s ventures in architecture, research, and tech.

Qualification:
We’re looking for a brilliant graduate with a BA from a world top 20 university. Degree in any field suitable for the role; knowledge of the fields of design is a plus.
The role is designed to grow talented individuals into efficient managers within the founder’s business and research ecosystem.

Skills:
Strategic Mindset: Capability to envision and pragmatically implement innovative solutions.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management and Organizational Skills: Capability to proficiently manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Language: English being mandatory. Italian and/or any other European language is a plus.
