The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be based in Stamford and earn commission on top of the base salary.

Your responsibilities will include:

Headhunting candidates to assist employers in recruiting their staff, including phone calls, emails and messages
Matching candidates with the vacancies that are most suited to them
Organising interviews or assessment days and events
Helping applicants throughout the application process, including preparing for interviews
Building relationships and networking with clients

About You:

This role could suit someone with experience in the agricultural/farming industry, who is looking to branch into a more corporate role, or could be a great opportunity for a graduate with no experience.

You have a degree
You are a confident person which translates to being comfortable on the phone and becoming a great networker
You have an excellent initiative, where you can spot opportunities to make a difference for customers
You have a hungry, dynamic, and entrepreneurial spirit
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You have great organisation skills and teamworking skills
