We are looking for a full-time research analyst to help drive insight and understanding into the team around both existing and potential new business needs. In order to use these insights for business improvement, this candidate should feel comfortable using their analysis to tell a story.

The primary focus of this role is to make a strong contribution to our key business objectives and support the team with issues and category insights, these could include:

Map out the current communications landscape, identifying sector and competitor communication strategies using on and offline qualitative and quantitative measures.
Provide gap analysis with evidence and proof points, demonstrating opportunities in communication approaches.
Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of corporate communication campaigns
Help the team sell the resultant ideas and features to clients and potentially the media

Responsibilities

Conduct fact-based research and analysis
Assist with publication of research commentaries and papers
Evaluate new and established research sources
Prepare materials that summarise data and draw conclusions to support key business discussions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Expertise with Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous quantitative and qualitative research experience
