People

Assist more experienced members of the team
Manage and develop less experienced members of the Implementation Team to effectively maximise productivity, profitability, individual performance and encourage / promote commercial thinking and behaviour relationships with the wider team

Existing Clients and Ongoing Deliverables

Placing of transactions with platforms (predominantly Embark)
Recording and monitoring of transactional data
Monitoring of cash balances of client investments
Maintenance of Implementation Spreadsheet and production of transaction summaries
Assistance in ensuring data on Xplan and investment provider websites is accurate and up to date
Assistance in preparation of tax packs for all clients
Provide deliverables to client teams and providers on an accurate and timely basis
Prepare responses to client teams for investment implementation queries
Participate in service calls with providers
Open new accounts for clients on Embark and other platforms
Request in specie and cash transfers from various providers into the platforms/receiving scheme recommended by LWP

Enhance understanding of business and advisory process
Enhance understanding of relationships with clients and nature of client deliverables
Deliver deliverables to client teams and providers on an accurate and timely basis

Prospecting and Business Development

Enhance understanding of prospecting activities
Take responsibility for medium-sized strategic responsibilities
Regularly engage with the client teams so as to be aware of implementation issues
