The Role:

The ideal candidate will be analytical in approach, have an eye for detail, an appetite to work in advertising operations and have strong communication skills. This is an entry-level role, suited to an enthusiastic individual looking for the first role in a digital environment.
This role reports into the Ad Operations Manager.

The role requires the ability to work in a highly pressured environment and the knowledge and confidence to make business critical decisions at very short notice. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, as well as an ability to take ownership, are integral to the role.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of programmatic and direct ad ops campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting and optimisation. It is a position where you will need to ensure you build good relationships with internal sales, compliance, editorial, technology and product departments including interpretation and application of ad operations SLA, issue resolution and escalation processes.

You will provide operational support, achieve and maintain low error rates whilst continually working to improve practices to ensure efficient trafficking and best in class delivery.

Duties

Co-ordinate scheduling of campaigns
Co-ordinate the creative submission process with clients including receiving and checking creative material (Rich Media, Video) from advertising and ad agencies, using the following 3rd parties, (This will come later in the role after full training).
Implementing the campaign in GAM (google ad manager 360) and other systems to be trained on
Supply inventory figures to Sales Team upon request.
Produce screenshots of advertisers’ campaigns.
Monitor campaigns for delivery of impressions and clicks and other performance metrics, and any discrepancies that may occur when using tags from third parties.
Work with Sales support to ensure a smooth transition from ad sale to ad launch and completion, including regular campaign update meetings to discuss potential delivery issues and / or suggesting campaign optimisation to clients.
Creative swaps and revisions to optimise campaigns, those are under performing.
Produce end of campaign reports for sales team.
Assisting the ad operations team with other daily ad hoc duties should it be required.
Based in Shepherds Bush – expect 3 days minimum mandatory in office.
