The Role:
As a Communications Representative, you will be based in the heart of Shoreditch, Central London and report to the Sales Director.

This is a hybrid working structure with 2 days per week in office, with additional attendance and travel to sales events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending events across the country where you will pitch the product to potential customers and retailers
Communicating with customers on the phone and via email, educating dog owners on the benefits and selling point of the product
Assisting the Sales Director with presentations for client meetings
Liaising with clients and stakeholders by demonstrating excellent negotiation skills
Working with the marketing team and their feedback to increase sales via different platforms or communication strategies
Utilising social media platforms to answer customer queries, concerns or complaints with a time efficient, friendly and educational approach

You have a driven attitude and are full of energy, and can consistently demonstrate this in your work
You are social media savvy
You are highly organised and time efficient, happy to work in a fast-paced environment
You can understand individual needs of customers by listening and engaging with different experiences
