The team use data manipulation tools including python, SQL and Adobe Analytics to dig into the data that drives fluctuations in performance. The Role:
As an App and Commercial Analyst, you will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and focus on growing and optimising the Mobile App Strategy, and track business area performance.
Your responsibilities will include:

App Store Optimisation (ASO) and developing A/B tests to drive conversion rates and increase rankings
Identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive growth and engagement across apps
Analyse and report on key performance indicators both on a monthly and weekly basis. E.g. Cost per registration, ROI, Uninstall rate, App Store ranking etc
Help create and implement the ASO strategy within both the Apple and Google Play stores
Allocate and manage the mobile marketing budget
Use the mobile attribution tool, AppsFlyer, to create, track and optimise campaigns
Use SQL Redshift & Quicksight to analyse app data and subscriber LTV
Work closely with mobile app agencies to run tests, monitor performance and ensure the optimisation of weekly, monthly budgets to deliver ROI, registration volume, CPR targets
Work closely with the design team to develop and test new creative ideas
Work closely with the tech department to ensure the apps tracking and functionality is up to date

About You:

0-2 years of relevant experience, either within an agency or client side in a performance marketing role
Hands on experience planning, setting up and running campaigns
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Experience with SQL, Excel preferred
Experience with Adobe Omniture, QuickSight, JavaScript, Python beneficial but not mandatory
Strong grasp of numbers with good analytical, reporting/Excel skills
Degree in Marketing/Web-related, Maths, or Science discipline preferred
Results driven hard worker with a ‘can do’, problem-solving attitude
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently
