Our client is searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join their HR department. This role is hybrid with 3 days work from campus (near Oval station) and 2 days from home.

The Role:
Based on the London campus near Oval station, as a Recruitment Administrator, you will work in the HR department to provide administrative support for the recruitment process whilst undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support for the recruitment process and be the first point of contact for general queries
Undertake recruitment administration to support the leadership team including raising requisitions on the e-recruitment system and supporting onboarding of new starters
Offer support to recruiting line managers using the e-recruitment system
Assist with the recruitment and selection process for new employees including liaising with candidates and line managers to arrange interviews
Coordinate the practical interview arrangements to ensure an efficient and effective process
Conducting right to work checks for new starters and assisting with pre-employment checks to ensure compliance
Assist with various administration tasks associated with the recruitment and selection process
Ensure staff files are kept up to date, and all documentation is present on current files
Support the HR team on administration tasks as required to include generating basic reports for management information
Work closely with HR Administration team to provide coordinated support for the recruitment process and cover during periods of absence

About You:

Previous experience in providing high quality administrative support
Previous experience of recruitment administration
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Ability to manage workload, organising and prioritising work to meet deadlines
Effective organisational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
Excellent Digital skills specifically in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
