The Role:
As a Videographer, you will join the team as an Editing and Filming specialist and be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos.

You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise, plan, execute, and optimise cross-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including business line websites, social media, online advertising, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:
Video Production:

Film and capture high-quality video for marketing videos, interviews, testimonials, and other promotional content.
Edit and post-produce videos using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, to deliver engaging and visually appealing final products

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and content solutions
Ensure that the visual identity and messaging of the brand are consistently reflected in all video content

Project Management:

Organise and manage video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment preparation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth production processes
Meet project deadlines and allocated budgets, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Technical Skills:

Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, to create and enhance graphics for videos
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in video editing techniques and software
Optimise videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and maximum impact

About You:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in video filming, editing, and post-production techniques
Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with the ability to articulate ideas and implement them effectively
Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
