Our client is searching for a graduate to join their team as a Salesforce Administrator, based in Coventry.

About the Company:
Our client is a top Energy Services company that is publicly listed on AIM (EAAS). Their company mission is to help customers achieve Net Zero without the need for any capital investment. Their services include smart Zero Carbon energy procurement, Energy Efficiency, and technology-enabled energy management services. This company has grown rapidly since they joined AIM in 2020.

They operate in both the UK and Ireland through two market-facing divisions; the Energy Management division and the Energy Efficiency division. Their clients pay no upfront capital cost but pay a monthly rental over 5 or 7 years that is always less than their energy savings.

Their divisions are supported by their proprietary measurement and verification platform which measures energy consumption to provide data to their clients and enable identification and elimination of their energy waste.
The company are now transitioning into localised generation and electric vehicle charging to further support their clients’ journey towards Net Zero.

The Role:
Based in Coventry as a Salesforce Administrator, you will report to the Salesforce Manager and work within the IT team.

Your main purpose will be to ensure the team strengthen their approach to maximising sales through sales planning, reporting and bid support through the CRM. This is important to ensure forward planning and proactivity for customer engagement and sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, account management and operations
Managing and maintaining user accounts including setting up new users and ensuring correct access permissions based on their role within the business
Providing training and coaching to users to ensure that use of the CRM is maximised and there is a full view of sales opportunities and client activity
Working with relevant stakeholders to gather user requirements for development, and taking part in development projects
Identifying improvements to existing processes and make solution recommendations
After appropriate training, making configuration changes to the CRM to deliver new functionality and workflows in line with business requirements
Ensuring that development requests and deployed changes are documented appropriately
Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for system upgrades
Supporting reporting requirement including consolidation of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc sales planning, commercial and account management reporting
Keeping up to date on new Salesforce functionality, third party applications and growing your knowledge of the CRM using Salesforce Trailhead and other resources

About You:

Strong mathematical and analytical ability, supported by academic performance or a degree that included mathematical or statistical analysis
A keen interest in Net Zero and the impact of clean energy and energy waste on the environment
Self-starter, highly organised with strong time management skills
Good attention to detail with great problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus with a desire to support and meet the needs of users
You are able to juggle the requirements of multiple stakeholders at the same time
You are a hard worker who will persevere to make progress and deliver results
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and general IT skills where an understanding of relational databases or CRM’s is an advantage
An ability to develop strong relationships, both virtually and face-to-face
Be a team player who demonstrates excellent communication skills
You are curious, creative, dynamic and often think outside the box to challenge the norm
