How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

Based on the data we have and the dashboards we have built the candidate will be researching, preparing and writing insights for clients and members that lead to actionable business recommendations.

Chief amongst this will be recognising patterns, identifying relationships and turning data into insights.

Insights will come from the data, desk-based research from various sources including our Knowledge Base and partner resources.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

Knowledge in data analytics, data intelligence and statistics (some experience is a plus)
Experience with analytics software (MS excel and Tableau)
Excellent written communication skills
Interest in Organisational Behaviour
Good communication skills
Able to work on his/her own, mostly remotely
Can take initiatives
Flexible, agile
Able to find solutions by him/herself
Creative
Can make suggestions
