Inspiring Interns is a highly innovative recruitment service that matches businesses with bright graduates. Our aim is to find appropriate and meaningful internships and jobs for a broad range of graduates disadvantaged by difficult economic conditions: developing skills, increasing employability and creating careers.
We understand the challenges faced by graduates and are working to create opportunities at companies where there is potential for inspiring interns to earn full employment. 65% of our interns go on to secure permanent graduate jobs at the company where they have interned, and the majority of the remaining 35% gain employment elsewhere as a result of the extra experience their internship has provided.
Using our in-depth matching process, which includes a unique video CV facility, we work to find candidates who fit a company's job specification and overall culture.
Since Inspiring interns was founded in February 2009 by Ben Rosen we have helped over 1000 unemployed graduates to find their dream roles whilst supplying SMEs with top quality staff.
CEO Biography
Ben Rosen founded Inspiring Interns in 2009 when he spotted a lack of provision for high-quality internships in a job market flooded with graduates. With a background as a head-hunter in the mobile space he has superb knowledge of the employment market and, having established a number of his own companies, has a firm understanding of SME requirements. Since starting Inspiring Interns, Ben has already helped hundreds of businesses hire numerous gifted graduates.
"The employment market is currently saturated, not just with those immediately out of university but by people with over a year's experience under their belt," explains Ben. "Graduates are finding that they simply cannot compete in these conditions and as such remain unemployed or find menial work that does not make best use of their education.
"An internship gives them the chance to learn practical skills which will impress potential employers, as well as make useful industry contacts and even earn themselves a full-time job."
