This is done via dynamic banners containing the most relevant product-specific recommendations that are generated in real time for each individual.
Internship Description
Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:-
•You will learn how to provide post-implementation support to customers that use our client’s publishing market place technology.
•How to identify solutions to customer issues and work towards product fixes and enhancements with other support, product, and engineering team members.
•Learning how to manage customer support cases on a daily basis, including verifying cases, analyzing data, isolating and diagnosing the problem, and resolving the issue where possible.
•Reproduce product behaviours to determine the problem root-causes, issue work-around and solutions.
•Coordinate with product and engineering teams to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving product issues.
•Author, edit, publish and maintain an on-line knowledge base of known issues/solutions.
•Training and educating local teams regarding product updates and impact on business.
•Keeping up-to-date with web technologies and developments in the online advertising space.
•You will learn how to interact with technical teams globally.
The most suitable intern for this position would have the following:-
•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
•Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SQL server.
•Familiar with JavaScript behaviour with different web browsers.
•Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings. Strong understanding of basic HTTP headers.
•Familiar with common browser-based debugging tools.
•You should have a degree in a computer or engineering-related subject.
