Key responsibilities of the role;

  • Managing and developing a busy helpdesk team
  • Dealing with escalations and HelpDesk support issues
  • Liaising with customers and answering client queries
  • Prioritising work flow
  • Evaluating performance and producing reports
  • Identifying and implementing new strategies to attract new customers

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

  • Educated to degree level
  • 1-2 years call centre experience is desirable
  • Quick thinker, confident, proactive and enthusiastic
  • High attention to detail, organised and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to work in team
