This is a permanent position based in Manchester.
You are responsible for the provision of 1st line technology support to company.
This is achieved by responding to inbound telephone calls, emails and service requests, logging all requests into the Servicedesk software and escalating where appropriate to other members of the Technology team.
Occasional visits to our other UK sites would be required.
