This company sources buy to let property investment deals across the UK from developers, banks, and administrators on behalf of high net worth individuals. Catering for first time investors to those with portfolios worth over several million pounds, they offer a unique service by allowing individuals to purchase property that is pre-negotiated and completely off market. 

 

This is a full-time position based in Deansgate, paying £20K

Key responsibilities of the role;

  • Previous Sales and lettings experience is essential, previous listing experience is beneficial
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Weekly contractor payment runs
  • Creating and logging invoices
  • Debt reporting
  • Process and pay staff expenses claims
  • Reporting on cash levels

The ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.  You must have a good understanding of Manchester City Centre and the surrounding area.
