Leader in mobile communication, the company provides a new communication channel to businesses in order to help them to increase their relationships and engagement with customers and improve their marketing response.

 

This is a full-time position based in Chester, paying £35-40K

Key responsibilities of the role;

Our client is looking for a motivated pre-sales manager to deliver and implement complex cloud-based solutions. Liaising with your team to achieve business objectives, you will introduce profit-rich technology solutions to a large range of customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new opportunities and appropriate products for clients based on their requirement
  • Dealing with and support the sales and account management teams with pre and post-sales technical information
  • Working closely with your team to keep up to date on product development and pre-sales resources
  • Presenting complex sales material to customers and gauge key areas of client interest
  • Advising clients on products features and assisting them through the implementation of their solution (post-sale)
  • Managing the correct handover and acceptance of projects from pre-sales to the delivery function of the business
  • Managing information pertinent to the sales process in a way that is easily shareable and retrievable

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

  • Previous experience in online technologies is essential such as B2B SaaS experience
  • Strong communication skills to discuss API’s and platform integration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Passionate, curious, confident and motivated
  • Organised, analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate technical information
  • Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations
