An expanding telecoms company, with three retail branches in the UK, servicing their customers’ UK and international travel needs. With trade agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services, they are able to cater to their clients’ individual and business telecoms requirements.


This is a full time position paying up to £20-22K based in Manchester.
As a Telecom Support Executive your duties will include:
  • Dealing with customer support
  • Undertaking Fault Diagnosis
  • Providing technical support for all products and services
  • Establishing customer requirements and assessing their needs
  • Upselling various packages
  • Analysing data
  • Communicating through emails and telephone
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Completing various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate:
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Background of telecoms
  • Knowledge of lines, WLR, CPS,Hosted telephony and connectivity
  • Customer Focused individual
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Team player 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong telephone manner
