Our Consultants/Doctors have peace of mind that they and their patients are being looked after without concern about finance, HR, marketing & PR, legal, administration and everything else that is involved in running a business.

 

This is a full-time position based in Cheadle, paying £18-22K (DOE)

Key responsibilities of the role;

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible of making sure the organisation is running well with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients and patients.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring existing and new policies, processes and legislations are implemented properly across the business for both new and existing clients and staff
  • Ensuring that management responsibilities are fulfilled and any HR issues are dealt with in accordance with the Directors
  • Producing reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met
  • Dealing with CC third parties to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Organising Internal and External events
  • Managing social media
  • Meeting with clients when necessary
  • Assisting the Managing Director with diary organisation and communication
  • Organising meeting and appointment
  • Answering clients and patients queries
  • Other admin duties if necessary

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

  • Educated to degree level
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft knowledge – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, motivated, quick learner, team worker
  • Ability to take initiative and to work both independently or as part of a team
  • Organised and problem-solving
  • High attention to details
  • Willing to learn and multitask
