This company is focused on improving communication between nurseries/schools and their parents via a revolutionary tablet and smartphone web-apps.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Your first 1-3 months
  • Learn the Blossom product and company ethos
  • Learn the tools needed to succeed: CRM, Pitch scripts, Competitors, Value proposition
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs (Scotland in particular)
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Leverage any opportunity you can to iterate your pitch and learn more about the market
  • Consistently meet goals for demos booked
After the first 3 months
  • Build on your sales skills, product and industry knowledge
  • Build up the momentum to consistently exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Expand your knowledge into product presentations and pipeline management
