We are looking for a highly analytical and passionate marketing professional to drive our Email Marketing channel.

As email marketing intern, you will be part of a dynamic team and responsible for producing email communications to our diversified portfolio of customers with a view to improve conversions and email engagement. You will develop, test, and iterate new features and email templates, and work closely with the Growth, Data, Digital Marketing and Content teams, as well as external partners and the Tech team. You will use qualitative industry and user insights alongside our quantitative analytics systems to evolve the email marketing program.
What you’ll be responsible for:
? Define, execute and roll out marketing emails that emotionally connect customers to our Brands while perfectly matching them to commercial results.
? You will optimize email templates, content, and targeting to drive an uplift in performance
? You will understand our businesses and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
? You will manage our Third Party Mail Manager System
? You will automate as much as possible, and develop scalable processes in a high volume environment.
? You will engage with multiple departments across the organisation to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
? Collaborate with the tech team and Marketing team & partners to specify feature details, create user stories, drive delivery and UAT.
? You will build & maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of marketing technologies.
? Form relationships and partnerships between with other parts of the Group to help achieve goals.
What we are looking for:
? 2:1 or higher in a STEM undergraduate degree.
? Highly analytical mindset and data-driven: you can interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate action plans to support decisions.
? Experience or internship in email marketing would be beneficial.
? Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating.
? You are a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and tenacity while working independently. ? You will thrive on challenges, and demanding situations will not deter you.
? Proficient in using the scientific method to identify and evaluate solutions to business problems.
? Comfortable with and adaptable to change. We work in an innovative fast growth environment where products and processes evolve rapidly.
