This is a fab opportunity for you to join a small friendly but well established innovation consultancy.

This is a permanent position based in S.W.London  Starting salary will be between £18,000 to £23,000 depending on previous experience.

You will be supporting a team of 5 amazing staff from very different and diverse backgrounds. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly while maintaining all official administrative and logistical duties
  • Effective diary management and organisation including arranging travel
  • Organising/attending meetings and accurate minute taking
  • Answering / following up on important client emails
  • Answering queries via phone and email

Qualifications Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to a degree standard
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills
  • High interpersonal skills with the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent time management and highly organised
  • Natural curiosity and ability to work to short deadlines.
  • Minute taking
  • Strong Microsoft Office user
  • Experience in a similar role in a SME is preferred
