Our client specialises in domestic staff recruitment, roles include nanny’s and house keepers.

 

 

How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Advertising
    • Posting adverts across various mediums
    • Upgrading, updating adverts ensuring the advert is optimized to attract the right candidate
    • Deleting adverts
  • Compliance
    • Ensuring all candidates are compliant and our Safer Recruitment Policy is followed
    • Checking and starting new DBS applications
    • Checking ID documentation provided by the candidate
    • Requesting references – verbally and written
    • Dressing and rewriting candidate CV’s
    • Generating excellent candidate profiles to showcase the candidate’s best attributes and experience
  • CRM
    • Uploading and managing candidate data
    • Ensuring all data is correct
    • Running searches to match candidates against jobs advertised
    • Sending weekly system generated e-shots to candidates
  • Emails / Telephone
    • Being the first port of all call for candidates
  • After probation
    • Vetting candidates over the phone
    • Booking candidates into to register with Eden
    • Interviewing candidates
    • Taking in new client job specs


The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written English as they will be placing adverts and writing CV’s
  • A creative writing flair, able to manipulate sentences and words to showcase abilities and personality
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident approach to working within a team, clients and candidates
  • Can do approach with a team environment
  • Able to step forward and support where needed
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Positive and tenacious
  • Good IT skills able to work on several projects at the same time
  • Excellent change management skills – switch from one job to the other
  • Methodical, process driven approach
  • Able to spins plates, juggle balls, blindfolded while hopping on one leg!
  • This is an integral role, you will need to be able to manage a very busy workload and learn how to prioritise on a daily basis
  • Ideally with customer service, administration or recruitment background.
