This is a permanent position paying £24,000 p.a based in West London.

Responsibilities and duties 

In joining the Risk and Operations team you will be crucial in the recovery process for distressed loans, the day to day running of the business and completing administrative tasks.You will be responsible for keeping the customer base happy, by working with both investors and businesses.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Monitoring the business direct debits, including charging loan repayments and chasing up failed payments with the directors of the businesses in order to get payments back on track
  • Liaising with our recoveries partner and legal team, and communicating updates to investors by updating the campaign pages
  • Managing our CRM systems ZenDesk and Intercom for investor queries, as well as taking incoming calls
  • Processing ISA transfers in and out whilst adhering to TISA and HMRC guidelines
  • Executing the documentation required for completed raises and drawing down funds
  • Helping to on-board new investors 


  • A 2:1 or above in any degree from a top university
  • Must have an interest in FinTech 


  • Good communication - Polite and friendly but firm when needs be
  • Negotiating with directors - in order to help get them back on track
  • Confident on the phone
  • Numerate
  • Knowledge of UK bankruptcy and insolvency laws (desirable)
  • Highly organised/TIme management - comfortable managing multiple day to day tasks.

  • Enjoys helping people and the satisfaction of resolving issues
