This is a permanent role offering £20K based in Hammersmith, awesome opportunity to get a foot in the door of the music industry.

Day to day tasks will include...
Reception Duties
  • Receiving all visitors, ensuring a consistently great service
  • Ensuring that visitors log records are always maintained
  • Receiving all incoming calls and messages
  • Taking relevant information for messages and call backs
  • Documenting staff movements so that you are able to advise callers
  • Providing information to callers re: Artists and Athletes
  • Preparing of letters and emails
  • Receiving and sorting mail/deliveries and ensure that franking machine is working properly and always has sufficient credit
  • Arranging courier collection
  • Arranging transportation for colleagues
  • Ensuring that exemplary standards are maintained in the Reception Area. Area must be clean, tidy, good supply of fragrance and that the appropriate ambience is consistently maintained
  • Monitoring washroom collections, general maintenance and dealing direct with washroom company.
  • Responsible for booking staff theatre tickets to Lion King when probation period passed
  • Responsible for processing all orders - office supplies, stationary, Amazon purchases - making sure that correct receipts are provided to Accounts Using initiative to ensure the best experience is felt by all visitors
  • Ensuring that catering orders are maintained and that all visitors are provided with refreshments
  • Alarm duties - ensure that fire alarm tests are regularly scheduled, that staff are emailed in advance of tests and that fire alarms are maintained as per contract requirements
Front of House Duties

General Office Duties
  • Scheduling Boardroom meetings
  • Ensuring that the Boardroom is prepared ahead of all meetings (IT, drinks and catering if required)
  • T Service management - taking all queries from staff in relation to queries, logging calls with IT provider and ensuring all resolved within minimum time frame. Reporting all issues with manager
  • Telecoms management - managing telephone lines, issues and mobile phones
  • First Aid - managing the possession and adequate supply of First Aid materials
  • Office Socials - organising regular office events, ordering required food and drink, ensuring that social space is adequately set up and cleared away after
  • Setting up flu jabs for staff 
  • Ordering of Rocket letterhead and business cards
  • Responsible for updating computer equipment, mobile handsets and furniture asset list for building insurance purposes
