Our client is an independed creartive agency with over 25 years of experience in helping brands speak to their audience. Their clients include MnS, L'Oreal, Not TV, Sky, Heineken and Diageo to mention a few!


This is a 3 month internship with the potential to go permanent based in Shepherds Bush all things being well, offering £18K - £23K.

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Support the New Business Director and Marketing Manager in development of a New Business team which delivers substantial RPM experiences that convert prospects to clients
  • Support the development and management of the agency New Business pipelines, working with the New Business Director to implement systems and procedures which ensure delivery of timely, appropriate and gold-standard communications
  • Support the delivery of the annual on and off-line RPM marketing plan, working with the Marketing Manager to manage owned, earned and paid-for content streams


Team administration

  • Be responsible for developing and managing excellent team ways of working
  • Ongoing production of team status meetings, including appropriate status documents
  • Ownership of fortnightly internal New Business status document
  • Set-up and management of all team filing and administration
  • Ownership of all financial admin – opening of jobs, time reconciliation, POs
  • Team diary management for all credentials sessions / meetings with prospects

Client contact

  • Work with New Business Director to deliver best-in-class credentials and business development sessions (including new business briefing and pitches)
  • Support New Business Director in pre-scoping call / contact with prospects
  • Preparation of credentials, including working with strategy team to develop category & brand insight, ongoing preparation of bespoke case studies
  • Responsibility for delivery of immediate follow-up comms – specifically contact reporting and supply of credentials presentation

Pipeline management

  • Work with Third Party prospect agency, Marketing Manager and New Business Director to ensure prospect pipeline is up-to-date, appropriately targeted and receiving timely and relevant conten
  • Support New Business Director in preparation of quarterly pipeline and targeting plans: in particular identification of content requirements per sector, and subsequent supply / follow-up as part of New Business CRM / e-CRM programme
  • With New Business Director, manage ongoing contribution of Third Party prospecting agency, including but not limited to: review of weekly status and all meeting confirmation reports
  • Ownership of master RPM database – potentially with a third party database provider / manager

Content development

  • Work with New Business Director and Marketing Manager to manage creation of proprietary RPM content, for supply to relevant pipeline prospects
  • Management of internal workload and resourcing (via Strategy team
  •  Ongoing, timely supply of relevant content as part of overarching content plan
  • Desk research as required – using Industry titles, web etc


RPM website

  • Support Marketing Manager in delivery of a best-in-class, always current agency website
  • Ongoing quality control and general design / copy updates
  • Management of monthly content updates, inclusive of liaison with key agency spokespeople / other content providers
  • Liaison with digital team to ensure best-in-class UX and search potential

RPM case studies

  • Work with Marketing Manager to ensure the ongoing development of case studies that reflect the vision of creating value for businesses by specialising in how people experience their brands
  • Support the development of a feasible case study creation programme, with provision of long and short-form formats and engagement of senior team for approval
  • Provide timely reminders, guidance and quality control to ensure an up-to-date suite is always available


  • Support Marketing Manager in development of a quarterly events programme, showcasing agency expertise and leveraging agency relationships with affiliates, existing clients, friends of the agency and future prospects

Industry events

  • ·Agree and manage a master list of affiliates / event providers
  • Agree frequency of attendance attendee output
  • Manage agency attendance across calendar
  • With support of attendee, distribute key learnings

Client / Senior Networking events

  • Work with New Business Director to deliver quarterly senior networking events
  • Own all event logistics – location, attendees, comms plan, all support material
  • Lead associated CRM programme


  • Support New Business Director and Marketing Director in development and delivery of all team reporting (quarterly agency updates and annual away-days)
