Initially launched in a reverse-auction style, offering customers a range of quotes from trusted transport providers, eliminating the gruelling search process usually involved in arranging a delivery, and allowing them to choose the best quote for their individual needs. 

Continuously evolving, they now offer a more cutting edge, on-demand solution alongside the traditional auction environment - including instant prices and immediate booking. 
We are partnered with some of the UK’s largest companies including Zoopla, Rightmove, Gumtree and Preloved.


This is a permanent position based in West London - paying £25-32k per annum (+ comms)

The Role:

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a team leader within our German market with proven track record in sales, operations and customer services - to lead and inspire a high-performance team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Territories, you will play a crucial role in leading the German team, continually assessing and improving our processes and introducing new practices and approaches to support our growth and rapid expansion into the german market.

Day to day responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting sales, customer services and transport agents with Data, Reporting and Insights
  • Maintaining and exceeding targets and KPIs 
  • Lead & Manage the Sales & Customer Success
  • Ensuring excellent service and support to clients and transport providers
  • Identify areas of improvement & growth, concerns & challenges

The ideal candidates skills and experience:

  • Management and Leadership skills 
  • Confident user of CRM Excel and other Microsoft packages & all G-Suite tools
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (German is a must, English secondary)
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to draft own documents e.g. emails, letters and spreadsheets
  • Good time management -  Well organised
  • A self-starter, problem-solver & troubleshooter
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Office hours are 9-6 Mon-Fri with some flexibility if required
