Our client provides media intelligence and eCommerce analytics to  the Fashion and Beauty industry. Their platform enables PR, Marketing, Sales and Pricing teams to monitor, evaluate and improve media campaigns and promotional investments.

The platform offers a total market view covering all companies, brands, lines and products within the industry helping brands build the most effective media and online sales strategies.

Clients include L’Oreal, Unilever and Clarins to name three.


This is a permanent position, based in Twickenham (20 mins from Waterloo), paying 18-22k per annum depending on experience.

The Role:

We're looking for someone to join the delivery side of the operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a high level of data quality on a day-to-day basis.

As we look to expand into new territories and develop its products, we are looking for someone to administer and execute all types of data quality and reporting tasks within the Client Delivery team. 

Ultimately, your duty is to assist in making sure our products meet high quality standards.

Day to day responsibilities of the role:

  • Day to day management of our data (quality), identify outliers and helping fix any issues
  • Assisting in the set-up of enhanced data quality processes
  • Understanding our media, pricing and advertising analysis tools and assisting the Client Delivery Manager and Operations Director in ensuring high levels of data quality
  • Review and approve data entry output
  • Run daily DQ checks using our DQ dashboards
  • Run the standard monthly report cycle
  • Help prepare bespoke (client) reports and insights

The ideal candidates skills and attributes:

  • Analytical - a numbers based degree would be most relevant
  • Proactive approach to work - especially in regards to troubleshooting issues
  • Enjoys diving into detail - and not one to take figures at face value, someone who looks for the story behind results
  • A logical thinker- keen to understand and problem solve
  • Great communicator-  you'll be liasing regularly between different teams
  • A keen eye for detail and experience in analysing large amounts of data, ideally in a data quality context
  • Able to complete complex administrative task in a fast paced environment  - whilst able to stay level headed
  • A knowledge of media data – advertising rates, social media and online sites - would be a bonus
  • Being interested in Beauty, Fashion and Media- not a prerequisite, however we're confident you'll discover how exciting the data behind the industry truly is
