How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Setting up New Customer files
  • Booking in client and customer requests
  • Setting up new customers
  • Compiling marketing packs
  • Co-ordinating with in-house administration, operations teams and account managers to provide the most efficient service
  • Aiding the account management team with administrative tasks
  • Actively monitoring quality control among the client base, ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Report feedback to the account management team to help us keep in touch with what clients want

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • Experience in the property industry (not a necessity)
  • A high level of communications skills, both written and verbal
  • You will be highly organised
  • 3-6+ months telephone-based customer service is preferred, but not essential
  • You must love working with people and have a desire to solve problems
  • Be unflappable - we work in a busy environment
  • You must enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence to suggest improvements to systems and service levels
