Property Consultancy on the search for an enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated individual to join their exciting company - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on the candidate’s work experience)

As the business grows, the successful candidate will continue to benefit from direct exposure and on-going training from both company directors; thereby accelerating their career in property and allowing them to make a big difference within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support to the property management team
  • Overseeing new tenancy and renewal tenancy administration
  • Organising third party contractors across London
  • Problem solving repairs & maintenance issues
  • Ensuring safety certificates are up to date and compliance items are met
  • Liaising with tenants to resolve any tenancy issues
  • Assisting colleagues with the concierge service for clients
  • Mid-tenancy property inspections
  • Project management of refurbishment works at properties

Key Requirements:

  • You must live within a 30min commute of Battersea
  • The ideal candidate would be a graduate, who thrives under pressure, enjoys responsibility and recognises the benefits of working within a small business rather than a large corporate firm.
  • The company is seeking an individual who is well organised, prepared to use their initiative, has a strong work ethic with a drive to succeed and a keen willingness to learn.
