Our client is a leading on demand courier service working with business to business clients including Hello Fresh and Deliveroo.


This is a 3 month internship with the potential to go permanent all things being well, based in London Bridge

This is a great opportunity to help build the fledgling Growth team  of one of the fastest growing start ups in the UK. Focused on building an OS for the next generation of last-mile delivery, my client is moving out of  'stealth mode’ with the aim to become a household name throughout the UK in the next two years. 

As part of this, they're going through a brand refresh and this role will be key in driving this new chapter in the company. With an incredible array of clients including Deliveroo, HelloFresh, Hostmaker, Uber and Selfridges (amongst others) My client is poised to go through the most accelerated period of growth in its history. If successful, this role could lead to other areas of responsibility moving forward.

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Creating compelling angles for social content and press stories
  • Testing and optimising marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimisation
  • Analyzing, recommending and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Keeping abreast with the latest developments in brand campaigns/digital marketing

  • Familiar with blogging, content management and social media tools
  • Passion for marketing
  • Growth mindset; always hungry to find out how to improve
  • Highly creative 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented team
  • Decision making, analytical and effective problem solving skills are also preferred
  • Photoshop, Affinity or Sketch skills
  • Ability to conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Appetite for risk also a plus
