As a Marketing & SDR Executive, you will report to the Managing Director assisting with the organisation, administration, marketing, client and sales support of our events, which includes: 4 B2B networking events, held in Europe and Dubai, and 3 conferences in London. The job is a full time, office-based role, but will involve travel several overseas times per year to attend the events.


Tasks include:


  • Scheduling client calls
  • Routine sales administration to support colleagues
  • Database management
  • Researching and qualifying new business opportunities for sales team
  • Researching and sourcing suitable speakers for event programmes


  • Copy writing for email campaigns (SendInBlue)
  • Create and coordinate posts for social media – Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Keep the website and social media up to date with new content
  • Control of a marketing budget
  • Designing graphics, banners and social posts for events and socials


  • Supporting the operations team with pre-event, onsite and post event tasks
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as and when they arise
