Our client is a dynamic new company focused on simplifying business funding. They offer an alternative for small business finance, through raising capital to enable growth and then taking repayments through company card sales - so clients only pay back when they make sales.

Partnered with a major UK bank who handle all the processing of the advances, they have secured financial backing and now looking to build a team to support their rapid growth plans.


This is a permanent graduate position, based in West Hampstead, Central London, paying £25k basic + Comms (£35-40k OTE in year one)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a incredibly fast growing fin-tech company in North London. We're looking for switched on, motivated graduates to join in a Graduate Sales position - you will undergo a 12 month training period, after which you'll progress into a full sales role.

It's a brilliant time to join, we doubled in size over the last year and have some big plans for 2020. 

To begin with you'll be reaching out to warm leads (ie old accounts who we have worked with previously) attempting to gauge interest in using our services again - and as you develop you'll be able to go for new and larger accounts. We offer 1% on all  secured, and with some deals coming in at 100k, it makes this a very lucrative opportunity.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior sales executives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, introducers and other partners
  • Following up on qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions) 
  • Generating and closing new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events
  • Developing and managing relationships with customers

  • Educated to graduate level
  • Any experience in sales or similar would be a bonus
