This marketing agency services the country’s property sector, from the UK's top tier estate agents through to clients in the leisure industry. They have a network of photographers/cameramen across the country who visit prestige locations and conduct photography, videography and floor-planning to assist the marketing of the property for either sale or general use. The office comprises of a design and development team, a video team, an account management team and a support services team. The company has recently won some major new business and is expanding in its digital/online offer, so quick progression is expected!
We are looking for people to join us on a graduate program whose first 6 months will be working with colleagues learning the business, how it works and getting to know us. Thereafter there are various management responsibilities that the successful candidate to grow in to.
How you expect the candidate to spend their day:
Initially, given we’re primarily a visit based business, the candidate will be working in our logistics team, liaising with clients and our network to organise work to be completed spread out across the UK. This is fast paced and the candidate will learn quickly. After a period in this team the candidate will be exposed to other aspects of our business – photography processing, systems development and sales depending on the business needs and the aspirations of the candidate.
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has gained business experience in a fast paced business already, who can show the ability to analyse processes and effect their change. They will typically hold a first or upper second class degree in an academic subject from a top tier university, will have conducted 12-24 months work elsewhere and be looking for the next challenge. Ideally they will have worked in both B2C and B2B businesses in a client facing role.
They also need to be able to have a laugh with their colleagues and take life not too seriously, whilst recognising there is a job to be done.
