An expanding telecoms company, with three retail branches in the UK, servicing their customers’ UK and international travel needs. With trade agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services, they are able to cater to their clients’ individual and business telecoms requirements.


This is a permanent position based in Stoke Newington, paying £20,000 per annum.

How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Administrative duties to support the Billing and Mobile Teams
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers and connections
  • Responsible for communications via phone calls, email and post
  • Supporting and implementing the billing processes
  • Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
  • Ensuring all procedures are compliant
  • Completing various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
