Their hand crafted cupcakes and celebration cakes are absolutely delicious, as they use only the finest ingredients! It’s their job to make amazing cakes and your job to eat them.


This is a permanent graduate job with a starting salary of £23K. 

How you can expect to spend your day;

As an HR & Development Manager, you will visit stores and gain experience in running training days, creating training packs, and liaising with the operations team. 

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications; 

You will need to be a recent graduate with a confident, personable and bubbly character that is able to work with people from all backgrounds. You will need to be organised and have a keen eye for detail. A good candidate will have a positive nature to help run training days as well as be creative in order to create engaging training packs.
