How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Manage client onboarding process
  • Managing and updating client profiles
  • Responsible for ensuring information procedures are held to standard
  • Dealing with internal and external telephone queries
  • Filing and faxing
  • Scanning documents
  • Typing letters and more importantly forms
  • Amending letters from previous accounting period
  • Contact with HM Revenue and other third parties
 

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Business administration degree ideal but not a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
  • Highly organised, flexible and calm under pressure

  • Knowledge and experience of Client’s IT systems is advantageous (IRIS, VT+ and Sage Software)
  • Strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
