Our client is a dynamic new company focused on simplifying business funding. They offer an alternative for small business finance, through raising capital to enable growth and then taking repayments through company card sales - so clients only pay back when they make sales.

Partnered with a major UK bank who handle all the processing of the advances, they have secured financial backing and now looking to build a team to support their rapid growth plans.


This is a permanent graduate position, based in West Hampstead, London, paying £25k per annum + bonus (£30k OTE in year 1)

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the client retentions team at a Fin-tech Company providing funding to small businesses across the UK. It's a fantastic time to join, we have strong financial back and experiencing rapid growth.

Day to day responsibilities of the role

  • Assisting clients with their renewal funding, and generally ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Gathering the relevant documents from the client and sending these across to underwriting to assess.
  • Liaising with the underwriting team to prepare offers.
  • Reverting to the client with the agreements and any outstanding points that need to be met prior to funding.
  • Following up with past clients to see if they have any funding requirements at present.
  • Generally developing and managing relationships with current and past clients.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Educated to graduate level from a Russel Group or similar university
  • Switched-on, motivated and enthusiastic character
  • Someone who enjoys client relations and providing a brilliant customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • 6 months to 2 years experience looking after customers
