This is a full-time position based in Manchester, paying £16-18K (DOE)

Key responsibilities of the role;

Our client is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join their team in Manchester.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customers queries
  • Handling general duties including greeting clients, filing and answering the main switch board telephone
  • Producing reports and administrative documents
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Liaising with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Updating databases with financial data
  • Assisting colleagues on other duties when it’s necessary

  • Educated to degree level
  • Creative, confident, persuasive, enthusiastic, proactive
  • Organised and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
