They are a small but fast growing company with real ambition to build a world class business. Their clients are all over the world and include Sainsbury's, American Expreess and DHL.


This is a permanent role offering £18K - £20K based in Watford.

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Working on a variety of client campaigns 

  • Using LinkedIn, social media and email to connect and build relationships before calling

  • Starting conversations with on behalf of clients with  senior executives (that have all had a series of email correspondence, run by our Campaigns Team, before your call is made)

Essential Requirements:

  • Passionate about sales and selling

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment

  • Must have good writing skills

  • Bright, determined, tenacious and ambitious 

  • Ability to multi task

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Ability to build strong working relationships over the phone

  • Possess the ability to work under pressure

  • Work to deadlines

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with CRM

  • Computer and IT literacy

  • Positive and creative mind-set to solving problems and achieving campaign objectives
