This company is disrupting the long in the tooth incumbents in their niche and they are thriving! Their reporting software has been adopted and used by major banks and FTSE 350 businesses. To fuel out next stage of growth, they are seeking high performing individuals to establish themselves within the company. 


How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Talk users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults
  • Replace & order parts as required
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation for new joiners
  • Support the roll out of any new applications
  • Set up new users’ accounts, profiles & passwords
  • Set up users’ laptop, screens etc.
  • Owner of systems inventory lists and ensuring it’s kept up to date

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • Excellent listener – taking the time to understand the issue team members may have
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, having good understanding on IT applications /tech
  • Deductive reasoning – problem solving skills are vital
  • Willingness to learn: if unaware of any system or process, take the time to learn to about it!
  • Confidence
  • Positive, energetic attitude when it comes to working with / helping others
  • Works to seek out the best deals for the company and positively contributes to company culture
