Our client is reinventing learner driving with technology. Over the past year they’ve helped over 150,000 learner drivers get on the road quicker, safer and for less. They are expanding rapidly and need some more hands on deck to assist in Customer Care & Sales.


How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Delivering world class customer service; understanding and resolving both learner and instructor queries.
  • Servicing inbound contacts using Zendesk and other tools to chat, email, speak and message with our customers.
  • Solving tricky problems ranging from technical issues (app troubleshooting), product requests and development right through to pricing, payments and refunds.
  • A pinch of account management and business development, building supply to meet our increasing demand.
  • Pitching and closing both potential learners and instructors.
  • Identifying affiliate and partnership opportunities.
  • Confidently representing the company and attending public facing events including investor evenings, conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement and proactively driving forward change. Collaborating with colleagues across Finance, Growth, Marketing and Tech departments.
  • Manipulation and analysis of key data for both operations and product development
  • Actively supporting and participating in all team meetings, company activities and development opportunities.
  • Championing a culture that demonstrates emotional engagement and empathy.
  • Being part of a fun, young, ambitious team, based in a beautiful new (dog friendly) startup office!

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Flexible working – we’re open Monday to Saturday, so this role will involve some weekend and evening working.
  • An upbeat, enthusiastic team player, able to collaborate and network.
  • Excellent communication skills, including engaging and appropriate phone manner and excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Excellent maths skills, we're data driven (pun intended) so you'll need to make data-based decisions.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for solving problems ranging from technical issues to payment enquiries.
  • Target driven. A determination to contribute to team KPIs and stride towards your own personal goals.
  • Ability to thrive and grow as our products and company evolve. You’re excited by change and embrace a rapid paced environment.
