A rapidly growing tech start-up which has built and launched a social media analysis tool allowing marketing departments of brands and agencies the ability to better understand their Twitter community. This is the only company outside the US to have a data and advertising partnership with Twitter whilst also achieving a strategic relationship with IBM for data connections such as personality insights. The company have a client base of over 10,000 business including Universal Music, Manchester United and Ladbrokes.  


This is a 6 month internship with the potential to go permanent, offering £18K - £22k depending on experience

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Supporting the customer success team

  • Working directly with our clients to help them get the most out of our platform

  • Support Training clients on the platform

  • Creating data insight reports for our clients to identify new strategies and better communicate with their customers

  • Dealing with and answering support inquiries

  • Projects that arise in many different areas (this allows you to grow)

In the beginning, daily, you will start by….

  • Building the basics

    • Learning our approach to consumer research and marketing strategy

  • Learning social media marketing and technology
  • Discovering our amazing 1500+ customers and in-house superheroes (i.e. us)

What does it really mean….
  • Supporting the customer team in current projects (e.g. research, advertising, …)

  • Taking a key role within the customer support team, to accelerate our platform learning curve
  • Learning how to pitch, and onboard any prospect or client
  • Reading existing relevant literature
  • Getting the basics to work in real life
  • ???????Taking on a new customer project by yourself
  • Writing blog post/content to publish in our editorial calendar to demonstrate knowledge

  • Defining and executing marketing automation sequences to outreach prospects and customers
