This is a permanent position offering £18K to £20K depending on experience based in South Woodford

Day-to-day activities will include…
Assisting the training team with:

  • Running training sessions over the phone with teachers and senior members of staff in schools
  • Teaching people how to get the best out of the products they have purchased
  • Adapting training sessions to suit the audience
  • Figuring out if everyone on the webinar understands, and which area they need more help with
  • Owning the training material, if you can find a better way to deliver the material, you can own it and drive it
  • Acting as first line support with the application support and helping customers to improve their knowledge of the product .
  • Assisting training team with vital daily admin work.

  • Able to talk over the phone and run webinars
  • Intuitive about people, can spot when people don't understand, even when they say they do!
  • Creative in style
  • Enthusiastic and very interested in learning about technology
  • 2:1 and above in any degree from a good university
  • Cares about providing clients with first class customer service
  • Takes initiative
  • Sincere
  • Passionate about the product and child safety
  • Technical background would be great but is not a requirement as long as the right candidate is a great teacher
