This job is for a graduate who wants to build a career in sales, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. If you have the soft skills and the hunger to succeed in sales but need coaching and guidance on learning how to translate these into commercial value, this is the right role for you.

Please note: This is a graduate development role, aimed at recent graduates with no more than 12 months experience.


This role is a critical part of the team, being the initial point of contact with prospective clients and then working with Senior Sales Consultants to bring deals over the line. Your daily tasks might include booking appointments, cold calling, follow ups, and lead generation. You will also be taught and coached to support the Senior Sales Consultant’s in client facing meetings.

Their standards are high, but if you deliver, you will be rewarded. Being a smaller, ambitious company, exceptional talent can be easily noticed by the Execs and most candidates will take just 1 year to progress to a fully-fledged Sales Consultant.


  • Management of the prospect database to maintain regular contact with potential clients.
  • Contact prospects through networking and outbound calling to self-generate business
  • Under guidance of the Senior Sales Consultants work with the marketing and sales team to target specific companies and industry sectors to generate new appointments.
  • Prepare and present the Company’s product set over the telephone, being sure to tailor your pitch to client requirements - the client base is mostly HR departments so you must make yourself relevant to their broader HR strategy.
  • Expert on the Company’s product set and the client benefits of the products.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect/client activity utilising CRM.
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators set by management.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings on a weekly/monthly basis.
