Exciting Customer Relationship Consultant role for a recruitment company specialising in medical professionals for healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client/candidates.
  • To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships via service calling to maximise business levels.
  • To develop and maintain excellent candidate relationships
  • Identify new candidates by recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals.
  • To add every candidate, referral, headhunt that you have liaison with onto database each day (this will be recorded and go towards your productivity stats).
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates to maximise profit.
  • Manage all bookings and cancellations and delivering best practice when dealing with cancellation of shifts with clients.
  • Be the first point to manage and process candidate complaints/queries effectively within the set Agency guidelines for responses to ensure successful resolution thus emphasis to maintain candidates.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your territory by liaising with candidates to attain information about current homes they work in (that we don’t supply too).
  • Liaise with the Business Development Manager(s) to pass on information about new business opportunities that have been identified.
  • To work closely with Credit Control to monitor, manage and assist in chasing bad debt provision to ensure that your clients pay outstanding monies.
  • Ensure that all client and candidate liaison is documented, candidate and client information is kept accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have strong Customer Service Relations and Sales Recruitment background
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Assertive, goal driven, strong willed
  • Can handle multiple tasks and still able to hit targets
  • Must display a level of maturity at work when provided with positive/negative feedback from Supervisor and Manager
